About Bo Swanger

Bo began playing drums at the young age of 6. He studied drums and percussion under Mike Marlier. (Bela Fleck, Dotsero) At The Denver University Lamont School Of Music. Bo has performed several local and national acts with genres ranging from Jazz to Punk Rock. Artist including Reese Roper and other members of Five Iron Frenzy, Brave Saint Saturn & Roper. Gospel Legend Bryan Duncan, Jessica Sonner, Dan Craig, Darren Hochstedler (Pianist to the White House) And National Country Gospel Recording Artist Milton Carroll. Several churches in Denver have had Bo as they’re house drummer. Bo is also in the process of developing “ Mile High Drum Institute” a school that will offer a variety of instructional techniques in various percussive styles. Which all keep Bo very busy. In his free time Bo loves to study music. The History of Rock and Roll and The Origin of Music. Weather it’s a live performance or studio recording. Bo’s sole purpose as a professional musician is to serve the music and to showcase the artist performing.
